Bond Residential was founded by colleagues and friends -Graham Hughes, Steve Wiggins and Lee Mann in 2010. Our aim was to establish a forward thinking Estate Agents which combined traditional values, professional service and expert local knowledge with state of the art technology and marketing. 10 years later the company has gone from strength to strength and now operates 3 branches located in Chelmsford and the nearby village of Danbury. We have also established highly successful and award winning Land & New Homes and Lettings departments within the business. The 3 directors still work in the branches on a day to day basis and their core value statement which the company was founded on is still at the very heart of everything the company does.
